01. Service Model
Σxecutions provides business scaling services through platform-based subscriptions. Scaling is achieved by utilizing our proprietary automation services to optimize various business processes.
02. Consult Process
By using our consultation chatbot, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your Company Name, Industry, Team Size, and Tech Stack. This data is essential for our AI-driven preliminary analysis.
03. Intellectual Property
All business logic, custom scripts, and automation architectures developed during the service remain the intellectual property of Σxecutions, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
04. Liability
While we optimize your tech stack, Σxecutions is not responsible for any downtime or data loss resulting from the use of third-party platforms integrated through our automations. Users are responsible for maintaining their own API credentials and platform security.
05. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellation of a subscription will result in the suspension of automated services provided through our platform at the end of the current billing cycle.
